What to eat, how to load your body, and how to find your own pattern in the chaos. Peri and post.
Two PDFs plus a web calculator. Delivered straight after payment, no account needed.
Almost every woman I meet in this window is eating too little and has been for years, chasing advice written for a body that still had oestrogen in it. This is not simply oestrogen running out. Three hormones move, at different times, in different directions, and the order matters more than any single number on a blood test.
Your metabolism is probably not broken. It is suppressed, which is a different thing, and a reversible one. This guide is the sequence, the numbers, and the reasoning behind them, so you can find your own pattern instead of guessing at someone else's.
Who is this for?
Women in perimenopause or post-menopause who want to understand what's actually changing hormonally and eat and train accordingly, rather than following advice written for a body that still cycles normally.
Does it cover hormone therapy?
No, deliberately. That is a prescribing decision between you and your doctor, and it is not mine to make or to argue with. What it does cover is a full chapter on progesterone, so you go into that conversation informed.
Does it include a training programme?
No. Chapter 8 explains at length why a written programme in a PDF would do more harm than good at this stage of life, and points you to working with a qualified coach in person instead.
Does it include the calculator?
Yes. Your numbers depend on your own weight, body composition and movement, so the calculator turns them into food you can weigh. It also holds your daily tracker, your monthly waist measurement and your function tests. Everything it produces is also printed in the appendices as a lookup table, so the guide works without it too.
What format is it?
Two PDFs: the 57-page protocol, and the appendices with the lookup tables and printable tracker.
You'll be taken to a secure Mamopay checkout. Your guide lands on your download page straight after payment.
