Seven guides built on the same coaching used with real Carbon IV clients in Dubai: feeding a growing child or teenager, perimenopause, GLP-1 medication support, making weight for competition, and a longevity blueprint for Emirati women. Written by coach Eloy Rodriguez.
Every Carbon IV guide starts from the same place: what does the science actually say, and what does that look like on a plate or in a training week. No two families and no two athletes need the same numbers, so each guide is built around calculations you can run yourself, not a one-size plan.
Below are all seven guides currently available. Each is a one-time purchase, delivered as an instant PDF download straight after payment, with no account and no subscription. Pick the one that matches where you are, or scroll to "Which guide is right for you" if you're not sure.
Feeding guides for parents, a bundle for the whole household, hormonal health and medication support, a weigh-in guide for combat athletes, and a longevity guide for Emirati women.
Ages 2 to 11 · for parents
How much your child actually needs, the foods that build them, and how to teach them to feed themselves.
Ages 11 to 18 · for parents
A 16-year-old training ten hours a week needs just under 4,000 calories a day. What growing actually costs, and how to feed it.
Ages 2 to 18 · for families with more than one child
Both feeding guides in one download. Sixteen years of feeding them, one price, for households with a child and a teenager both to plan for.
Women · peri and post-menopause
What's actually changing hormonally, your true maintenance number, and daily targets built for peri and post-menopause. No hormone therapy chapter and no training programme, on purpose.
For anyone on a GLP-1 medication
Protect your muscle and metabolism while the medication does its job: the protein floor, two non-negotiable training sessions a week, and the off-ramp for when you stop.
For Emirati women
A culturally rooted guide to performance, balance and longevity: testing before guessing, vitamin D, cycle syncing, Ramadan fasting and the heritage toolkit.
18+ · for combat athletes
The combat athlete's guide to cutting, gaining and weigh-in recovery: pick your class, run the calculator, camp nutrition and fight week.

Which Carbon IV guide is right for a family with kids of different ages?
The Feeding Your Family Bundle covers both Feeding Your Growing Child and Feeding Your Growing Teenager in one download, and costs less than buying the two guides separately.
Is Making Weight suitable for teenagers?
No. Making Weight is written for adult combat athletes aged 18 and over. Growing athletes should not be cutting weight, and the calculator will not build a plan for anyone under 18.
Are the guides delivered instantly?
Yes. Every guide is a one-time purchase delivered as an instant PDF download straight after payment, with no account needed.
Can I ask a question before I buy?
Yes, email eloy@carboniv.com and Eloy will point you to the right guide, or tell you plainly if none of them fit.
Carbon IV is Eloy Rodriguez's performance nutrition and strength coaching practice in Dubai. Every guide comes from the same protocols used with real clients: eccentric, isometric and concentric training strength, energy-zone work, macro and REDs screening, and nutrition built on testing rather than guessing.
