One price. Sixteen years of feeding them.
Both Carbon IV feeding guides in a single download, covering ages 2 to 18 and the whole distance between a toddler who will not touch dinner and a sixteen-year-old eating four thousand calories a day.
AED 79 for both, against AED 98 bought separately.
If you have more than one child, you need both anyway. The eight-year-old and the fourteen-year-old are two completely different problems.
Feeding Your Growing Child, ages 2 to 11
58 pages, nineteen chapters.
At this age you are probably worrying about how much they eat. Worry about what they eat instead. Young children’s intake swings by around a third from one meal to the next and evens out across the week, so the plate in front of you at six o’clock tells you almost nothing.
The guide follows the principles of Weston A. Price, covering liver, egg yolks, fish eggs, butter and cod liver oil in amounts children will actually eat, the milk mistake behind most childhood iron deficiency, bone broth, fermented foods, and soaking and sprouting grains.
It also follows a Montessori approach to teaching a child to feed themselves, explained from the beginning for anyone who has never come across it: the prepared environment, real glass instead of plastic, and the knife progression that takes a child from a spreader at one to a sharp knife at six. A three-year-old can quarter their own grapes.
Feeding Your Growing Teenager, ages 11 to 18
38 pages, twelve chapters.
The problem inverts completely. A 16-year-old boy training ten hours a week needs just under 4,000 calories a day, roughly 60% more than his father. A 15-year-old girl doing six hours of sport needs around 2,400, which is more than most grown women eat.
Underfeeding a teenager does not make them slimmer. It makes them shorter, later and more tired, because a growing body short of energy downgrades growth, puberty, immune function and bone building before it touches anything you can see.
Around 90% of adult bone mass is laid down before twenty, and a quarter of it in the two years around the growth spurt. That window does not reopen.

Questions
My children are all under eleven. Is the teenager guide wasted?
Not for long. The child guide runs out at eleven and the teenager guide starts there, so buying both now costs AED 19 less than buying them a few years apart.
Are these diet guides for children?
No. Neither contains any weight management content, and the only body measurements in either are height and weight. Both explain at length why there is no waist measurement anywhere in them.
I have already bought one of them.
Email eloy@carboniv.com and I will send you a code for the difference, so you pay AED 19 rather than buying the bundle over the top.
What format is it?

From the first spreader to four thousand calories a day.
